The IBendCreator which is used by default to create bends interactively.

This implementation can handle orthogonal edge segments.
An instance of this class can be found in the lookup of an edge, e.g. It is used used during the interactive creation of bends.

Creates a bend at the given graph for the given edge at the position supplied.
