A serializer which can serialize CSSLabelStyles.

This Serializer will write the following XML: 

	 <y:CSSLabelStyle styleName="...">
	   <y:StyleSheet url="...">style { property: value; }</y:StyleSheet>
	 </y:CSSLabelStyle>
